Day 8: List of short term goals for the month and why
Let's see for this month I want to:
* actually follow my grocery list...so I can be wiser with money
* Not eat past 7:30...because its unhealthy
* Learn a new habit...something to keep my mind busy

I'm pretty sure the whole eating past 7:30 thing isn't true. It's 2 hours before you go to bed. So unless you go to bed at 9:30...
